While I was looking for tape I found some prints I had intended to do a giveaway for back when me & @strawberrynoir released the fan deck.( ´∀`)
Since thats over I’m gonna choose a random person from the likes and reblogs of the pin post and mail these 9 x 5.5 inch glossy prints to them instead. Whether you’re following me or not you’re eligible so long as you have a mailing address and occupy three dimensional space.
Just a reminder before I pull a name this weekend. I’m also including extra mystery™

if u kill a bug that’s cool, i kill bugs all the time, but if a person says, “hey, i am going to be upset if you kill that bug, please let me take it outside,” and u respond by killing the bug just to hurt and ridicule them, i’ve got some bad news for you
ur a fucking asshole
this is it. this is the most controversial post i’ve ever made on tumblr dot com. i’m getting actual hate for this. people are arguing with this.
literally all i said was “don’t be purposefully malicious to hurt another person’s feelings, because if you do, that person will think you’re an asshole.” this is some grade school shit right here. this is kindergarten. god, this is pre-school. if you’re purposefully mean to people? you’re an asshole. you’re the bad guy. i get that you think you’re edgy and interesting, but actually you’re the most boring person on the planet.
i fucking hate all of you. you think you’re intellectually superior because you’re rude, but actually, you’re just rude. congratulations on letting everyone know that you’re a rude annoying asshole. god. you’re all four years old. i literally feel like i’m explaining the concept of ‘bullying’ to a class of four year olds right now.
Jeanette Hayes was exposed on Twitter for stealing works from several mangaka and illustrators all over the world, most of the Japanese in the name of Appropriationism, Net Art, Pop Art, and maybe some other art movement overrun with creatively bankrupt artist to go die. All of these works is being exhibited in galleries, sold in artbooks and part of other commercial deals.
The issue with Jeanette Hayes is that she is not using simply icons well embedded in pop culture or public domain, noboby is gonna think you invented Tommy & Jerry or the Toei Sailor Moon anime unless you have been living under a rock the last century, she’s using work for lesser known, niche authors and media who never come up mentioned because it’s very obvious she was expecting to not be found (and has very little to no respect for them). Not only has she poorly traced artwork for exhibitions, but also reposted work as hers in her Instagram account.
What can you do to help? First of all, many institutions don’t listen to complains and copyright violation reports unless the one complaining is the author themselves, so Japanese translators would be of so much help in this case. You can find links to their pages below. Also help contact each of the artist, as many are still clueless because they are just so many so to handle. Publish or send me more identified stolen art to add to this list. And spread this post and BleedingCool article if possible.
So far all she does is complain, deny, block, make fun of authors and lock her account on and off like 10 times already but here are her sites and galleries:
I’ve been getting a lot of gross messages lately and they all complain about my cosplays just because of my race. Instead of taking it to heart, I put together some pictures of some of my favorite cosplays that I’ve done. I’m not cosplaying for “accuracy,” I’m doing it because it fun and I enjoy it. And even if I was doing it for said accuracy, my being black doesn’t hold me back from that. I’ll never understand people’s need to “critique” someone else but base it on a factor that they cannot change. That goes for skin color, race, body type whatever! Next time any of you want to message giving your opinion on the way someone looks naturally, shut your mouth! 🙂 💕
