A mod long in development, the City of Balmora by Praedator and EnvyDeveloper was released last month after several years of being worked on, and it’s perhaps one of the largest content mods to be released in 2017, including massive expansions to cities like Balmora and Suran (shown above), as well as new dungeons, new quests, new factions, and so much more. Truly this is one of the more scenic and beautiful overhauls for the cities of Great House Hlaalu, and I’d recommend checking it out for yourself!
