When English isn’t your first language, reading fanfics in your first language (if there are even any) becomes so much more embarrassing???? And sometimes I wonder why native English speakers don’t get that feeling when they are reading in their native language???

scrolling through the comments on this people with at least three separate native languages have chimed in to agree that English is the porn language. This… is amazing. I never knew.

Something ive been thinking about recently is how autistic people accomodate allistics way more than the other way around

Like autistic people have to jump through a ton of hoops to FORCE schools and jobs to do basic things like not fail or fire them for lack of eye contact by basically saying “it’s the law”

But autistic people constantly have to change their behaviors, reactions, way of thinking, way of speaking, etc just so they can get through life without constant punishment (getting fired, failing classes, being bullied) just for existing, which idk but that seems like a way bigger accommodation than letting an autistic person be nonverbal or flap their hands

I often talk about reality checking and going along with it when helping someone deal with delusions, but I felt as if I didn’t really make it clear to what I meant when I said it.

Recently I saw a post similar to “how to sneakily give your delusional friend a reality check when they told you not to” and honestly, that’ll just make us lose trust for you. Because we can tell when you do that.

i think its worth saying that “adding to the delusion/trying to send them deeper into the delusion” isnt always as malicious as it sounds, “adding to the delusion” can mean attempting to comfort them but inadvertently creating more layers of it (ie “youll be safe if you keep your door shut” “they cant hurt you because im protecting you”, etc). 

even if your intentions are good and it temporarily makes them feel safer, youre just adding another layer to it, and it will just become more difficult for them to overcome later on

Kat, I’m laughing at how you were concerned about pitchforks for the cliffhanger. And yes, here are some concerns from us, but lbr, you should have been more worried over all of us enabling you over KisAoba, or Kisame/Aoba/Obito. Because Kat-sama, we are parched in Wind Country and we will like a tall drink of water with sunglasses and a cloak to cover our (Uchiha) pale skin. *koffkoff*

Tbh I did expect KisAoba, and was braced for impact because this was totally my way of dragging more people into this hell with me.
