Oh wow. Wow. This begs for a Saiyuki crossover. I can just see Tobirama coming into a newly-founded Konoha where everyone is expecting a perfect pious priest, and instead they get a ninja monk more likely to solve problems with the sharp side of a sword than with peaceful philosophy.
And Kanzeon is an awesome character who deserves to appear in as many fandoms as possible. Ze would drive Tobirama completely insane. It would be glorious. xD
