I have been waiting for this post all my life.
They are indeed purple, But one thing you’ve missed: The concept of “purple” Didn’t always exist.
Some cultures lack names For a color, you see. Hence good old Homer And his “wine-dark sea.”
A usage so quaint, A phrasing so old, For verses of romance Is sheer fucking gold.

Alexis Arnold is an artist who creates crystallized books. Her work is amazing and beautiful, she’s made dozens of these.
This particular one was not made by her, however, it was actually created by Catherine McEver – who was inspired to try it after seeing a show of Alexis Arnold’s work. It’s literally the first picture on Google image results if you search for “crystallized books” and she posted about it on her blog showing other process shots as she made it.

So…. after spending a few hours skimming the world of Tumblr and Google I couldn’t find a wiki for #earth is space australia #humans are space orcs #humans are weird Etc.
Which brings me to my current idea, I would like to go about creating a wiki or at least a website for people to use for information. With authors permissions, I would like to create a database of the different races, species, weapons, worlds, and universes that you guys have created, Of course, attached to all information would be linked to the original author or creator so that you guys get the respect that you deserve for creating such amazing characters.
So if you could respond, or reblog on if I should do this or not that would be great.
