What would Mylene do if someone she knew in life turned up as a Forsaken (friend and/or family)

First of all, laugh, because her family is mean and racist (?) against any and all Horde races and it would be hilaaaarious for her to see them “suffer” the same way she had to. 
Then probably realize that turned Forsaken is probably a suffering enough for them, they’d in no way be able to return to their previous prestige and connections with the Kirin Tor and be very torn if she’d want to find a way to kill them (again, for good) or let them wither away in their own self pity.
