Stoner Mizuki, or the SI nobody expected (nor wanted)

(that’s too bad you’re gonna have it all the same)

-Honestly speaking, stoner!Mizuki SI/OC isn’t something I ever thought to utter but I can’t bring myself to regret it.-

Summary:
Basically, a week before the rookie nine (and their teachers) start the Academy, Mizuki blacks out in his shower.
Waking up in the hospital and all he remembers is being a 30 yo surfer used to party *hard* was not exactly what he expected.
But y’know, if he’s hallucinating, might as well convert the whole of Konoha to the weed cult and 4/20 culture.

Status:
Just pulled open the google file people, I’m open to all headcanon/thoughts on this.
